    I knew i could not accomplish my goals alone and FCC was highly recommended

    What are your BIG goals?

    Alligator Light House Solo swim and getting in to triathlons to do an Iron Man

    I have lost almost 20 pounds and just completed my dream swim of El Cruce

    The finish – knowing i committed to something – put in the work and get it done


    What would you say to another person who was on the fence about joining our training program?

    If you want to accomplish your goals this is the group for you the support and dedication you will receive from the coaches you wont find else were and the the team mates will just inspire you to believe you can get it done
