But Erinne’s philosophy comes from more than professional accolades—it’s deeply personal. Early in her triathlon journey, her obsession with training cost her a marriage. That experience shaped her mission: to help athletes chase their biggest goals without sacrificing their health, happiness, or relationships. She is committed to showing that you can thrive in triathlon and in life when training is balanced, intentional, and holistic.
Beyond coaching, Erinne is a passionate contributor to the triathlon community. She has led free clinics, spoken at USAT coaching seminars, and inspired athletes of all abilities by racing alongside physically challenged athletes and children. In 2022, she raised over $128,000 for 4KIDS by cycling 3,000 miles in 7 days as part of a four-person team. She also races with Team Thumbs Up International and continues to take on new challenges as an athlete herself.
A native Floridian with a profound love for the ocean, Erinne enjoys surfing and free diving in the Bahamas and Hawaii, often alongside her daughter and sisters. With a mantra of daily service to the world, she views triathlon not only as a sport but also as a platform for building resilience, community, and a positive impact on others.
